    • We want you to understand the care you’re receiving in sessions. We break down evidence-based interventions like CBT, DBT, and EMDR into actionable steps.

    • We offer comprehensive care and collaborate with anyone important to your wellbeing. If interested, we will work with your other healthcare providers to ensure you get the support you deserve.

    • We accept Aetna, BCBS, and United PPO plans.

    • A superbill can be provided for out-of-network benefits upon request.

    • For self-pay clients, a good faith estimate will be provided
